How to find photos?

The JerseyVIP Photo Gallery has been design to allow users to find their desired photo or category the easiest way possible.

With this in mind the gallery was structured by CATEGORY followed by YEAR then MONTH and DATE OF EVENT.

Should you be unable to find the category you looking for, you can alternatively use the search facility (on the bottom of the page).

Just type the name of the event you will be looking for, select the category and press search.

How to buy photos online?

• To buy photos which will be printed and sent to you must follow these steps:
• Browse to the image you wish to buy and click to view until the photo is enlarged on the screen.
• Select the size of the printing you desired by ticking then rounded boxes on the left of the photo (only on size for every image).
• Type on the box above the prices, the quantity of photos you wish to have of this size.
• Should you wish to buy a download version please follow the download instructions on the FAQs - How to Buy Photos to Download.
• This will not be explained at this stage, as we are only explaining how to buy printed samples.
• Now click on the button "Add to cart" bellow the download options.
• If you haven't yet Login a warning notice will pop up advising you that you must login before you start this procedure
• (please note to login you must be registered, instructions can also be found on FAQs - How to Register and on FAQs - How To Login.
• Assuming that you are logged in, once you have ticked "Add To Cart", the shopping cart will show what you wish to buy at this stage.
• If you wish to buy further photos go back to the gallery and add what you required. Once you return to the shopping cart press "Re- Calculate", this will allow for the shopping card to be adjusted.
• If you are happy with your shopping cart, press the "Checkout" button.
• A new page will pop-up requesting the details for the delivery of the photos.
• Fill in the box of the right and should the same address for the billing be the same as for the shipping, just select the option "same as shipping" from the drop down box above the left details column. Click on the button "Process my Order" which will take you directly to a "PayPal page" for payment. You may use your own PayPal account for payment or use your credit card even if you have no account with PayPal.
• Once payment is done and we receive confirmation of your payment (which in same few cases may take more than one day) we will send your order for printing readily to be sent to you. Normally it takes from 3 to 7 days for photos to reach their destination within the UK.

How to login?

To Login you must be registered (follow the instructions on FAQs - Photo Gallery - How To Register). If you haven't done so, do it now.

Assuming that you have already register go to the gallery and press on the "Login" button on the top right corner just above the right long banner.

Type the username together with the password and press the "Login" button bellow the box (these are the ones you have registered with).

You will be immediately transferred to the Gallery category page. You will see that the system will show a notice above the right banner welcoming you, also the login button shows now as "Logout", which you must press should you wish to exit your secure area.

From here on you may proceed with buy photos, view your cart, your account as well as to finalise payments.

How to register?

To be able to buy photos you must register with JerseyVIP.

To register click on the "Login" button on the top right corner of the gallery page. A new page will open click on "New Users Can Register HERE".

Fill in all mandatory fields (marked with a red start next to the name) and choose your country. If you live in the Channel Islands, choose this category. Only after this is done you may enter the State i.e. Jersey, Guernsey, etc.

Once all fields are complete click on the "Register" button on the bottom of the page. Please note that the username must have more than 5 characters.

A new window will now open requesting the registration activation key. Your account has been created. An activation key has been sent to your email address. Please check your email for your activation key or click on the link in the email to activate your account.

Once this is done you are registered and logged in. Check on the top right corner from the gallery that it says "Welcome your name".
